Lower priced reverb plugins? (cheaper than Altoverb)

All I've got for reverb is the good ol' Digirack D Verb, and I'm looking to get something a little better - say in the $300-$500 range? I'm also looking for one that's not too much of a CPU hog (no Altoverb). Any suggestions?

Yeah I was definitely considering that. Although I already have Smack! But TL Space is a good reverb from what I'm told, plus I could really use some synths.... This is a definite consideration. Thanks so much.

I don't think altiverb is much more than $500

Okay... so Altiverb is indeed around $500. So hmph.. now this thread entirely changes haha.

Do I go for the Production Toolkit and get the analog synth stuff which I'd really dig, plus expanding to 48 tracks, I already have Smack! and I have Drumagog so Sound Replacer isn't too critical... or do I spend it all on Altiverb?

All suggestions welcome. Hehe.

These are pretty good. And the price is right.

Have you checked out McDsp's Revolver?

There's an LE version for $200 that's upgradeable to the full version at any time.

Might wanna demo it at least.

Altiverb is pretty much the only reverb I use... Sometimes I use The Waves Ren Verb, but usually it's Altiverb.

I may on occasion talk about some of the products I am a dealer for in my posts.. and that's OK! I sell them because I like them. Not vice versa. It's more fun to talk about things you know and love, then things you don't.

I have been holding out on the altiverb because I am trying to learn how to get the most out of what I already have, but as soon as i get bored with this I am going straight for the altiverb without a doubt.
