i would like to upgrade with latest technology in a budget of 30k $.

*And i would like to purchase some more equipments like,

*Console, Mixing Headphone 1no, Artist Headphone 4nos, Near field
monitor 1pair, Sub, AD/DA Converter, External Reverb unit, Small DAW
Controller, Stereo mix bus compressor, Good Big Console Channel strip,
16Channel Analog Summing Module,D.I box 2 inputs And 2 mics,.

Actually 5 mic Input is enough for me and while mixing mostly i'll be using
EQ, Compressor in my DAW pliggins so that i don't need Mic pres, EQs,
Compressors in console, Console is only for artist communication,
Routing & Monitoring purpose,

My problem is i have to give
a good looking Console to Producers, artist satisfaction like talk back,
Headphone mix aux sends and at the same time for me it should be good
for mixing and final outputs,

* While 'm using KRK monitors, for me its not able to hear proper
sounds while mixing ( i need a proper sounds like NS 10 etc.., )
but its good and great for the producers, so that
i cannot change those monitors and only for me i would like to go with
good mixing Headphone and small near field monitors,

Artist headphones should be good and while recording there should be
no sound leakage

*'m purchasing Sub for producers satisfaction, Reverb unit and Stereo
mix Bus compressor for mixing purpose,

*DAW Controller 4 to 8 channel is enough for panning and automation,

*D.I Box for line instruments and keyboard tracking,

*I've heard about analog summing and 'm interested in that and
16Channel Analog consoles or Modules is enough for me in mixing,

*I need 2 Solid State Inputs for Mics and keyboard tracking,

*And 2 Mics for High Frequencies picking like Cymbols etc,...

I reff some Equipments via web like,

* *SSL X Desk (or) Audiant Zen (or) Audient ASP 4816 (or) Spick LiLo 16Channel

* *SSL Nucleus (or) Avid Control Artist Mix

* *SSL Rack : *Stereo Mix Bus Compressor Module, 2 Mic Pres or VHD
Mic Pres Modules, St Compressor Module, Stereo EQ Module

* Focul cms40 (or) Dynaudio BM5A MK2 (or) Genelec 8020 B (or)
Tannoy Reveal 601a (or) Neumann KH 120

* Lexicon PCM92 (or) TC Electronic Something

* *KRK Sub 10s (or) 12s

Lynx Aurora 16 (or) Apogee 16

Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro (or) Audio Technica

*I heard about all these above things and i like these company
products *SSL, Dangerous music, Neve, *but you don't mind this and
please give me a good suggestion, i'm in a very big confusion from
past one month to decide.

*Sir please keep in mind that all should be come within 30k $ (with Tax and shipping cost),
Console should be in a good look to satisfy my clients and great sound in final Mix Out.

* * * * * * * * * Thank you

I sure wish I had 30k to spend on studio gear, but if I did I can guarantee that I wouldn't need (or seek) the advice of strangers on some forum to help me spend my money. I'd do my homework, starting with making sure that my skill and knowledge levels are up to the task of making the most of such an investment. I mention it simply because if your experience so far in the game isn't enough to give you a clue as to what to buy or who to consult for your studio build, you may in fact be in need of a bit more experience behind the controls.

If you REALLY want to know what to buy, do a search for reviews of the pieces that interest you.

Oh, and there are a few women who frequent these forums, *ma'am

...boy what I'd do with that much cash for my studio...
