ART PRO MPA II damaged - need help from users!

Hi I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I need help.

I recently bought a art pro mpa ii preamp second hand, and it got damaged in the post. The screw bit of the potentiometer for the gain knob on the second channel has just snapped off. So I can still use it as the pole bit that sticks out and turns can be pushed in and just about stays in if I'm gentle, but it's extremely wobbly and a bit of a pain.

I plan on desoldering the original potentiometer and then soldering in a new one, but I have absolutely no idea what kind of pot it is. Could anyone who has this unit and knows about these things have a look inside and let me know what it is I'm looking for? I would be eternally grateful. I think it says C502 on it but after a quick google I can't find anything that looks anything like it.

Sending it back isn't an option as I got it from america and between postage and customs it gets expensive and this won't be too much to fix.

Thanks a lot!

Thanks thats exactly what I needed!
And I didn't contact them yet because I thought the person who got the email / answered the phone might take a while or not have the information at hand because they probably get loads of people trying to contact them. I'm not really sure why to be honest... I just know the community here is very helpful and quick to answer direct questions like you just did! Again, thanks a lot I appreciate the help.

the guy who replied to you IS the manufacturer... Thom actually IS art pro audio, and one of the most sincere guys who's posts I've had the pleasure of reading on this website.
