Cheap or free 1960's-style reverb plugs

Anyone really happy with a cheap ($50) or free verb plug to get that rich, gauzy 1960's plate sound? I'm trying Ambience, verbiage, epicverb, freeverb, valhalla shimmer, and the reaper plugs - just not really happy so far.

Thanks!

ive found a decnt external reverb effects box works better than anything free, but since i mix in the box, i use ambience and freeverb which is small sounding compared...

Don't Crack make a nice plate verb plug: DC DIGITAL PLATE

I don't have this one myself, but the samples sound good: Verbtone - physical modeled Plate Reverb

Valhalla Room has some very nice darker modes which might give you what you are looking for. ValhallaRoom: $50 – ValhallaDSP

These are all $50 or under. Hope you find something you dig.

It'll cost you more than 50 bucks, but grab a copy of Nebula and the Emt plate programs from VNXT. Best 60s reverb out there, IMO.

I agree with this. But I use Nebula Free with the free demo of this verb. Less control over parameters with the free one, but it is nice. Had to do a lot of digging through Nebula land to find it though.
