If you already have decent/good pres, get hold of a Tango 24 by Frontier...limited to 48K, but sounds MUCH better than many popular units running at 96K...even if you don't, get one anyway...you will not be disappointed.

Its funny every one say the ada 8000, y so. And im just starting over via studio equipment, so i dont have anything. So i far the rme is my 1st gear.

I second the RME ADI-8. I ran two ADI-8DSs into my 9652, it was the most stable system I ever ran (was running Nuendo at the time.) Sounded great. Now that I'm running an 002 rig, I'm selling one of my ADI-8DSs in the classified section, if you're interested.
