Thread Starter | RME ADI-2 vs. RME Fireface
I will soon be in the market for AD/DA. I have been looking into the ADI-2 because the FF800 is just much more than I would ever need. HOWEVER, with the announcement for the Fireface 400 ( http://www.rme-audio.com/english/firewire/ff400.htm ) , I will now be considering it. Are the converters in the ADI-2 the same as in the FF800?? Have any of you guys ran comparisons? Thank you. |

The information I've got is that the Firefaces and ADI both include the latest conversion technology and so there should not be a difference. Follow up with an email to the RME customer service to be on the safe side!? Quote:
