weird high pitched noise from Lexicon I-Onyx U-42S

So my Lexicon I-Onyx U-42S (audio interface)seems to be making a high pitched noise in the main out put and the headphones out put

My old built in sound card did not do that...

I am using

Yamaha hs 80 (speakers)
Lexicon I-Onyx U-42S (audio interface)
Processor is Intel(R) core 2 quadcore 2.5 GHz, 64 bit
I Think my mother board is ACPI x 64based PC

note that I replaced the wire, I returned the sound card to the store and they tested it in front of me, using a MAC computer and every thingwas fine
