Simple digital interface with four mic inputs?

Does this sort of thing exist?

I want an interface for home recording, and as I do all of my mixing at the moment in the box, I don't need an interface with all sorts of ridiculous routing options.

Basically, I'm looking for something resembling the Firestudio, but I only need four mic inputs at the very most, because I won't be doing anything very intensive tracking-wise.

Any suggestions, or am I forced to get a Firestudio?

Well, it's not exactly the Firestudio, but it does come from Presonus and offers exactly what you're looking for: PreSonus

Here are some reviews for the 2-line/mic in: Amazon.com: PreSonus AudioBox USB 2x2 USB Recording Interface: Musical Instruments

The firestudio mobile will be another good option, but it only offers 2 mic ins.

Now how in the world is it that the 4-mic Audiobox is $300, yet the Firestudio is $400?

The Audiobox only has 2 mic/xlr inputs. Give the Tascam US-800 a looksie.

There's a two-mic and a four-mic version of the Audiobox.

And if we don't beat the Sharks this year, I swear to god I'm jumping ship, because I can't handle the shame.

The TASCAM looks pretty nifty, actually. More features for cheaper.

I was looking at the TC Electronics Impact Twin for a four input interface, I'm looking for something that I can use with external mic preamps. I saw the following thread that was using an interesting method for comparing A/D and D/A conversion in a bunch of different interfaces and the Impact Twin tested very well, have a look:

Evaluating AD/DA loops by means of Audio Diffmaker

I don't know much about the methodology of the test from an engineering standpoint but it seems like a good way to test A/D conversion and makes sense to me. I'm waiting to buy until I get closer to a meaningful recording project, but this is at the top of my list.
