I need some basic room treatment for a smaller 18x10 feet room.
Any ides for something cheap and good?

Thanks!

RealTraps room kit. Or if you can DIY, get some plans for traps and make your own. Just understand that the performance of foams falls off quickly in the low end, and this holds true with other single-material solutions as well. (But foam starts rolling off at a higher frequency than the same thickness of rigid fiberglas.) To push the low end performance down in frequency requires combining different materials and/or using up more space from the room.

If you're in the UK buildingsuppliesdirect.co.uk seem to have some good prices on Knauf acoustic board.

Haven't bought from them myself (although I may do soon) so do your own due diligence.
