Best way for me to setup individual headphone mixes with my gear

Hi i have two daisy chained Presonus Firestudio projects and am getting the Presonus HP60, what is the best way to connect the unit to have main mix on A, Click on B and each channel have a mix I can turn the levels up and down on independently from others?

Also it is possible to have multiple tracks and playback on the individual channels (ext in) right? if so what is the best way to do that? do i set it up in pro tools 9? or can i do it with the unversal control?

Thanks

I use PT9 too and here is what I have decided to to.

Plugging stuff in:

I use a Y splitter to connect to Outputs 3+4, and another Y splitter for Outputs 5+6. The splitters turn these into a female headphone barrel for a pair of artists to plug their 1/4" TRS stereo headphones into seperate stereo headphone mixes.

Doing Stuff in Pro Tools:
After connecting the cables and headphones, I now will go into I/O Setup and I will create the stereo paths that I need by labelling them "CUE MIX 1" and "CUE MIX 2". Then you just simply drag the boxes to the corresponding physical outputs (3+4 and 5+6)

Then each track that you want to send to the headphones will have to have a PRE-fader Aux send (so your mixing changes doesnt mess up what they are hearing)

Then, (maybe this can be skipped) I create Stereo Aux Tracks, and set the input to the PT busses "CUE MIX 1" and "CUE MIX 2", and set the outputs to "3+4" and "5+6"

hope this makes sense
