In need of a good tech to recap my console

Hi, I have a 54channel DDA dcm 232 desk which has an uptown 990 fitted to it and it is not yet fully assembled

I would like to make a refurbishment to the desk whic includes :

Recapping the some channels and master channels
cleaning of pots and faders ( penny and giles )
and assemble the console.

but I don't know anyone who does this kind of work
any help please ? I'm located in malta which is in europe
and i can arrange acomodation as well for the tech when the assembly process is good to start

Thanks
