Unhappy Problem with A & H zed-10fx I\O

Hi Slutz.
this is a mess. I've just recieved my new Zed 10 fx from Ebay.
after i've configure the I\O on the ASIO v 2
(apparentlly A & H didn't make a driver for this console)
the first 2 mono channels appear in the DAW i\o list as
Usb Audio Codec 1 & 2 which fuction as the same input for both channel 1&2
like they were 1 big general input (WTF??!)

the other 2 mono channels (3 & 4) are not even on the I\O list, as if they are not exist. altough they can get a signal pre DAW (which is not very useful)
A & H tech support for this console is absoultly 0. none. cant find nothing on the manual either. i'm thinking refund here.
HELP!

It's a 2-in/2-out USB interface. You can choose what gets sent via USB - either the L/R of the Record Bus or the FX/Aux busses (one is left, one is right), or you can send the main L/R.

Usually you'd leave it on the Record Bus and then you engage the Record switch on the channel you want to record. If you want to record 2 channels, engage them both while panning one hard left and the other hard right. Or you can record a stereo mix of whatever channel combination you want.

If that's not what you're after, then a return is certainly in order. FYI - there are very few small mixers that can send more than two tracks simultaneously. Alesis MultiMix 8(/16) USB 2.0 and the Tascam M-164UF are the only ones I can think of that do it.

No its not. It's your responsability to read the specs and make an informed decision based on your needs. Sorry mate, but in no way are they misleading. On the contrary, at best it is impossible to fully demonstrate the potential their design is.

I bought this little pup for my new private rehearsal/project studio, just to feed the P.A.
I am astonished at all level with the built quality and functionality one can get out of it. It is unbelievable for the price!! (mine is not the FX version, how I regret no getting it).

For fun I recorded some rehearsals, and I was blown away! Its crazy cool !!

All in all an amazing product!
