Thread Starter | Lexicon MPX-110 or software verb?
Hi, I am currently paring down the gear in my studio to what I like and need. I have have a Lexicon MPX-110 reverb and was considering selling it and purchasing a software verb. I have the UAD-1 EMT Plate, so I feel I have the plate end of things covered well. I also have the Realverb Pro that came with the card. I guess I was thinking about selling the Lexicon and buying ArtsAcoustic Reverb, R66, or something similar. I am looking for anyone with any experience with these reverbs willing to give some adivce. Thanks, Craig |

I'm not personally fond of the MPX-110, though it does sound good. It's just to hard to get anything intentional out of it with it's undefined controls. The fact that some of the patches are out of phase bothers me too. I would say go with the plugin, I'm not familiar enough with any of them to make a suggestion. I just don't think dealing with the MPX-110 is worth the reverb that comes out of it
