Rosetta 800 > Profire 2626 > PT M-powered anyone get this to work?

My current setup is a Rosetta 800 96k > RME FF800 > Sonar 8.5. Works great, with low latency multi mix monitoring c/o the FF, up to 18 channels in at once not even including spdif, and up to 96k 24bit.

However one way to ease into "Protools" could be: Rosetta 800 > Profire 2626 > PT Mpowered.

The 2626 has multi channel DSP monitoring, and the required ADAT connections. It seems like it would be similar to my current system and also be "Protools" compatible, however I've heard of sync issues with the Profire and Rosettas...

Anyone get this combo to work?

I think a bunch of people have tried this similar setup with the M-audio Lightpipe. Perfectly feasible idea.

i just got the ProFire 2626 and M-Powered 8.0.3. I'm using the Behringer ADA8000 and it works great so far. No problems (knock on wood)
