Gears to retension mic ribbon?

Hi all, ive searched and searched the site for a couple of week, but cant seem to find this again..

A few months ago maybe there was a thread discussing either modding or retensioning a ribbon mic, and someoe gave a link to a set of mini gears you can get to re-kink the ribbon..

Try as i might i cant find it again, thanks in advance..

Well, I just broke a ribbon trying to retension it, so BE CAREFUL and TAKE CARE WITH THE MAGNET. In the middle of the process, the magnet attracted one screw and it broke the ribbon in two parts. You should have been watching my face in that moment. I'm now looking for where to buy another film to construct a new motor...

Me three, I thought I could just re-tension it with a pair of pliers and a-- oops! Man that ribbon material is flimsy, huh....
