KRK V6 Series 1 vs. Series 2

emptyframe Gear interested Joined: Jan 2009 Location: New Orleans, LA Posts: 5 My Recordings/Credits Thread Starter	KRK V6 Series 1 vs. Series 2 I realize some have already asked the question, but no decisive answers were given. What are the real differences between the series 1 and series 2 KRK V6s? I have an option to buy a pair of used Series 1s for $200. The Series 2 seem to go for twice as much used. Some have suggested that the Series 1s actually had better sound/construction. Has anyone had the opportunity to try both?

gizeh12 Lives for gear Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 992	I've heard both. The 2's have a wider sweetspot and a bit better stereo imaging to my ears. I would say the 2 sound a bit better although im not quite happy with either krp v6 __________________ dIal3ctical mater1ali5m
