how do i get my mac to play through my profire 610 outs 5/6?

i have my mac connected to my profire 610 but i can only get it to play through outs 1/2. how can i get it to go through my monitors which are on 5/6?

easy just go to devices and change the output on profire and if you want to hear using out 1-2 and 5-6 in your daw do a send output to 5-6 the channels you want

sorry i might have been vague, i wanna run my mac's output through my daw so i can play a movie or hear itunes or something

i think that the only way to do this using output 5-6 is changing on mac>system preferences and m-audio profire so you can change the output 1-2 to 5-6..

Yeah, you need to go to Audio MIDI Setup and route the outputs to your Profire by clicking on the Configure Speaker button. For iTunes and movies your just using the System Output (which would be set as the Profire). You're not going through your DAW, you're just using the same audio interface as you're DAW. Pretty basic.
