Any good DI boxes or similar boxes to convert hi-z into LINE level

I have a MATON acoustic guitar with a piezo preamp on it, I am assuming its still hi-z output? (couldn't find the specs for the AP5 preamp on my guitar so can't tell precisely). I would like to connect this to a mixer's line input rather than the usual DI > MIC input route as I don't have enough mic preamps on the mixer for this particular application. Are there any DI units or boxes that can do this conversion. I can of course use a preamp but I am looking for an easier solution.

Probably any DI that has a variable output pot. ( ie..U-5, Ditto,Nice DI, etc..)..These has line-level outputs which could plug into your mixer's line level inputs..Good luck..

I have been using one of these and have been pretty happy:

LDB-101

Unlike many DI's, these actually have a 1M input impedance.

Many acoustic guitar pickups without an onboard preamp I find like to have really high input impedance. In that case, probably something like the Groove Tubes Brick (2.2M) or the CountryMan DI (10M), will probably be best. Good investments regardless.

I really like my Brick with acoustic guitar DI's and Bass.

What you really want is a preamp that happens to have a built-in DI...

even a cheap ART tubeMP will do the trick...

Nothing cleaner than the Avenson Audio Small DI

10MOhm impedance.

Needs a clean preamp too then.
