Does a Mini Line summing console/mixer exist?

I mean I'm talking something like this, 24 Channel analog with a 2buss & 4subs that have sniff/insert & solo/mute/pan (No EQ). A glorified Roland m240 if you will...

Limited insert functions and no bussing options to speak of, but the Speck X.Sum may fill your needs. I use it as a keyboard submixer. 16 stereo channels, pristine audio quality, one rack space. I love it.

No seriously the API8200a has all the features that you are asking for but only 8 channels per peice!

This thing has EVERYTHING that you are asking for and more!
