Cheapest midi soundcard?

How do i get midi into my DAW?Is it through my sound card?
I'd love to use this with sonar. m audio trigger finger - Google Videos
But I'm unsure how to go about it.Thanks.

It's a usb device. So just plug it into any usb port or hub on your box.
