Thread Starter | Golden Age Pre73 - Your modding activities
Hello everybody, I know there are serveral threads out concerning this little piece of gear. But this thread should only be a platform to share your modding-actions of the pre73. So to say: which element did you replace by which other element? It should be some kind of manual for the exchangable parts... Thanks for your hints! ![]() Regards, Randy |

Read the other post about the Golden Age Project Pre 73, and you will have all of the data you require for any type of manual. Best Regards. m.L.I.N.K. |

Well, I mean no harm, but some people cannot read hundreds of posts for some simple information. What I found out so far (no guarantee): Ouput tranny --> Carnhill CA-18-VTB1148 (narrow board version) Input Tranny --> Carnhill CA-18-VTB9045 (you will have to drill additional holes) DI Tranny --> Carnhill CA-18-VTB9046 (you will have to drill additional holes) Transistor --> 2N 3055, Motorola, TO-3 (E0998) (not really noticable) Any further hints? ![]() Regards, Randy |
