Are the Profire 610 A/D converters the same as the Profire 2626?

I can't see it on M-Audio comparison chart and on the Full Specification page of both products they are slightly different, I wonder if the pres and converters are the same? Can anyone confirm it?

Here is the specs from M-Audio website:

Profire 610 -> M-AUDIO - ProFire 610 - High-Definition 6-in/10-out FireWire Audio Interface with Octane Preamp Technology
Profire 2626 -> M-AUDIO - ProFire 2626 - High-Definition 26-in/26-out FireWire Audio Interface with Octane Preamp Technology

Thanks, I really need someone to confirm it, since I'm not interested in more I/O.

NO..but look at the specks...there the same..the 610 just has 2 pre's and 2 line inputs and 2 digital, and 10 out so 6 in 10 out=610..the 2626 just has more I/o..they have the same ad/da so go off that I guess!! I love my 610, I though about the 2626 but I do not need all the i/o right now..if I ever do..I will def. get the 2626

I've owned both, and currently own the 2626 just because I wanted to record drums. Just pick one already!

In the event you don't like it, you can sell it back on the market/ebay and get most of your money back if not all.

Actually I got mine for $450 on eBay brand new.
