PodFarm Free Preamp Emulations

Hey guys what are your thoughts about the preamp emulations found in podfarm free especially the neve api and avalon emulations.

in my opinion for a free plugin they are brilliant for adding some character to any instruments and even vox

give us some of your opinions so far i have used them on a couple of tracks with good results

The high shelf in the neve em seems pretty good for brightening up snare tracks along with a bit of drive... Just getting into the plug as a whole at the moment though. Definitely a great plug for the money, or no money as it stands right now

Preamp emulations are a nice touch!

One thing I did notice is that (in PT LE) while doing some parellel processing I was definatly haveing some phase issues, presumibly down to latency? However PT was reporting zero latency? Anyone else noticed this? (sorry not trying to hijack

).

I am finding the preamp plugs and many other effects in Podfarm way usable for non guitar stuff ! Really nice surprise...
