Breebaart Plugins ! Great !

Hello

I was searching for a good plugins - esp. Compressor and a limiter...

Did not want to spend huge for Sonnox like stuff although if nothing worth was there, I had prepared myself to spend that much for Sonnox !

But one fine day I came across this - Jeroen Breebaart | Home

The compressor - Red Phatt pro, and a Limiter - Barricade Pro. These are the good plugins especially for the money !

If any of you is a fan of Breebart, let me know too....

(I am no way related to the guy, I am a composer, musician from Mumbai, India, so no way connected)

Just thought to check out if anyone else find these Great !

I've found Ferox to be very useful and does some very subtle goodness with the right settings. When money isn't so tight I plan to check out his 'Pro' plugs too.

+1 for both the free and Pro/paid plug-ins!

The Smash Pro is amazing for many uses.

The guy really knows what he does, and delivers free updates to paid users.

He is to release "Isone Pro binaural room simulator", that appears also very nice.

(Just to make sure - I'm not related to the guy, just a happy user)

All the best,
avebr

I'm still testing out the plug-ins before I buy them but they will most likely be my next purchase seeing as how they're so inexpensive. I'm quite pleased with their limiter as well as Ferox. I'm still learning Red Phatt and the rest but I will say that everyone should at least demo their plugins once as you won't regret it.

It's amazing that more people are not singing his praises. His plugins are fantastic at any price and Ferox is the best tape sim I've ever heard. The only thing they lack are the fancy GUI and $1000 price tag that a lot of people demand.

Check out his CV, the guy knows what he is doing.

Yes, indeed! Great stuff. I dowloaded the whole package and the quality is amazing. The free compressor in complex mode (perceptual loudness model) is awesome for drums. Loud and clear. Broadcast processor great for fast pre-mastering.

The pro-plug ins bundle at 35 Euro is the greatest deal i ever stumbled upon.

All plugs together (free&pro) might kill bundles costing thousands of dollars.

Isone Pro smokes every other psycho acoustic monitor simulation.

And when you check the CV and realise that he is doing all the vst stuff as a hobby its even more astonishing. He seems to be in the same "school" as Paul Frindle: a new technical approach on solving aural problems intuitive and effectively instead of remodelling stuff we all have plenty to choose from. SmashPro reminds me a little of the DSM without the mapping feature but gives different results.

The dude participated in the development of some audioformats and stuff
you all know and use. Highly recommended!

I feel the same about Voxengo!

Great plugs and very affordable. Elephant3 has done wonders here - for less than $100.

Yeah Voxengo and Stillwell Audio make great fx at an affordable price!

Voxengo Voxformer and Elephant are superb as are The Rocket and Vibe EQ from Stillwell!

I'm very interested in Isone by Jereon Breebaart. Will probably pick this one up!

Absolutely, Voxengo makes excellent plugs. And I actually like the funky GUI too.

I think I used a couple of his freebies and then ended up buying Soniformer, Analog Flux suite, Elephant, and Marquis.

If they had a glossy corporate aesthetic and cost 10X as much they would be "the greatest"
