I did a little searching on the site for this audio interface, which is getting to be quite old now (2003 I believe). I seemed to only find threads where folks were moving up/away from this device, which while mildly discouraging (yes, I have one for now), I am looking for some sort of comparison to what is low-end but more current now... sort of how bad does it suck compared to the USB/Firewire/PCI low end stuff? I am doing some composition stuff with it until I can afford to move up also! Gotta work with what we've got til more $$$ appear! Then there's the WAF, but that's another thread! Any comments welcome... or should I just give up and hang myself from the shower curtain rod and be done with it? Anyone out there still using this converter? One is available on Ebay for cheap & I dont know if its worth investing...
