Best way to use effects with limited aux sends

My board only has 2 aux sends pre fade and 2 post fade. i want to get some more outboard gear, so how should i go about connecting it all? i'd like be able to rackmount it all and not have to plug and unplug constantly. i too used to do everything on my DAW and recently got analog gear, so im still learning a lot of the basics.

I use a tt patchbay to route my interface outs to my mixer ins. It is normalled. Sometimes I take the outs and run them direct to effects. The out is still normalled to the ins so the patchbay becomes a splitter.

My TRS patchbay makes my life a lot easier in the exact application you are talking about.

Use the 2 Pre Aux Sends for your Monitor Mix( Headphones) and the 2 Post Aux Sends for Reverb/Chorus units.

Use the stereo out on the board to go to your I/O box to the computer and come back from the I/O stereo out back into two channels on the board, pan L and R.

Main out ont he board goes to your monitors

Connect any pre-amps directly into the I/O

You may need a patchbay if you get too much gear
