| 002 on G4 Quicksilver? I'm currently using the 001 still on a single 800MHz processor mac G4. I'm tempted to upgrade at the cut down price to the digi 002, so that my options are open for my next computer - laptop /desktop, since firewire is far more likely to still be supported. Otherwise it's a case of upgrading just the software for now and allowing my G4 to become obsolete for Pro Tools (other than for the 001) once I shell out for the 003 or equivalent for the new system. Would any of you recommend the 002R upgrade or is not worth doing for a single 800MHz processor G4 Quicksilver? Is the 003 or equivalent too close to justify and how much better is that than the 002? |
