$12k project studio upgrade shopping list

So I am upgrading my studio and this is my shopping list. The only given is I work in Cubase SX, and I already have a good computer. The main goal is to sound quality, flexibility (band tracking about 25%). I want some "Neveish" vibe, and some API vibe. I am mainly a singer/songwriter/producer. Any thoughts, revisions, suggestions?

Yamaha O1v96; $2000
Aardsync II clock; $500
Distressor EL8X; $1400
2 X DBX 160 XT; $400
2 X FMR RNC; $400
2 X Vintech X73i; $2000
2 X API 512c (used); $1400
2 X API 550(a or b, used); $1600
Gigasampler (computer, program and some libraries); $2000

Total; around $12k

I already have; Avalon 737, UAD-1, O1v (to be sold), Motif, Triton, Lexicon MPX 100, cables, Blueberry Mic, Rode NTK, Beta 58, AT mics, Dynaudio BM6, etc.

I know I need a couple of better mics, but I need to get the baseline studio going and then select the mics.
