BLA Mod for my Motu 24 i/o?

Thinking about getting this mod for my motu 24 i/o, having the ins and outs is cool as I have 3 2408 mk3's slaved also for 48 analog outs, so going the apogee route would be way out of range price wise for that amount of outs.
In short, is it really worth the mod?

I use 2408 mk3 and 24i/o and i've thought about doin this as well, so i"m waiting to see who responds.I'm trying to decide if i like my motu stuff thru my toft 32 analog mixer sound better than itb with apogee convertors. There is a difference, and we generally decide that itb with the apogee stuff sounds tighter and more transparent.
i will say that our ruff mixes sound great thru the toft even with my motu i/o's which imo are just ok.
That being said i just haven't seen enough reviews here to attempt this yet.a while back someone said they had tried it and were happy with the improved quality.Good Luck!I'll be watching this thread mate!

I have an HD rig w/ Lynx. But, let me say, if I ever decided to go with either logic or samplitude the motu 24 i/o w/ bla mod would be my choice.

Had a 2408 MK2 and 1224 modded by BLA. Very happy with the results (and their Microclock).
