|  mods possible for Presonus DigiTube? i see a lot of people slagging off the Presonus range, yet ART and others have been modded to relative goodness. the DigiTube is exactly what i'm looking for: tube pre with EQ and an insert point (for my RNC). also nice is the digital out so i can use the SPDIF on my Firebox (love it, btw!) the price is surely right. i know you can replace the tube, don't know if you can replace the opamp chip. i was wondering about the mod-ability of this piece or if other components make it not worthwhile...so i ask here. thanks for any info! |
