Thread Starter | C1 and Avalon 737 anyone? for whatever reason, i remember so many people praising the Studio Projects C1 microphone in conjunction with the Avalon 737. has anyone used these two products together? i've recently bought an avalon 737, but don't like the tube mic i use with it now...unfortunately, it's my only mic. i don't want to spend a lot on another mic right now, but also don't want to spend anything on something that i'll never use. so, any suggestions or comments would be great. thanks! |

 | the c1 is a bright mic imo bt it should work well with the 737. ppl a long time ago use to compare the c1 to the u87.. and the u87 sounds good with the avalon so you shouldn't have a issue with the c1. its well worth a lot more than its small price tag imo |
