Presonus channel strips?

Anyone compare this units? Which one sounds the best? VXP or Eureka?

Hey there.

I have the Eureka right now and have enjoyed it since it came out. I never compared it to the other Presonus you mentioned - but I do have an original Focusrite Voicemaster - and I think I like the Eureka better than the Focusrite in terms of "musicality" (if that makes sense).

I recently replaced the Eureka & Focusrite with a Great River MP2NV - and am thinking of selling the Eureka.

I have the eureka and I am a fan. It sounds great as a preamp for bass guitar. I also enjoy the compressor side chain. Its a little to sterile at times but over all a flexible tool.
