re-amping gtrs/bass

Advice please....Re-amping?

Coming out of my audio interfaces balanced outs straight to gtr amp....can I do this? or do I need to go thru something to convert from balanced to unbalanced (gtr lead)
Any other advise appreciated

you need to match levels and impedance. Straight out will not work.

There's the ReAmp and are several other boxes out there, and I recall a thread around here somewhere with plans to build your own.

I use an IBP for this purpose. Nice reamp device in addition to its IBP function

Use a passive DI box in reverse, along with something to attenuate the volume -- either manually, or by using an inline pad or something.

go the Jensen transformers web site. They have schamatics. I think the transformer cost me $70. Nothing to putting it together. Maybe spent another $15 dollars on parts.
