Nice Matti! Is that an M7 I spy in there? G7 build inside a swedish house perhaps? Funny if it is. Just building G7 with M7 inside Nady 1050 (very similar). New longer body though.

Not G7 but M7 type capsule is from Dale as you guessed.

Ah, Dale's one aswell. Mine is awaiting mounting in the next week or so. New circuit then, or upgraded TC1? Happy?

Just upgraded and trying to find a good transformer, propably BV314.
At Prodigys someone is offering "BV8" type things really cheap,
but it seems to be somewhat confusing with that one
I´ve 2 dale capsules, the darker voiced in this mic.

BV314 would no doubt be sweet, abeit not for free. I saw the BV8 thing on prodigy. Smells a bit suspect to me for some reason. Putting a Sowter 3678 in my G7. Has 3 impedance choices, so will give options before settling on 'the sound'. Tip from Dale, as it goes. Don't know which M7 I have. Awaiting two of his C800G/C37 style capsules to put into a couple of upgraded MXL990's. Should be interesting.

About £40. Seems like a good option, with 3 possible sound choices. It's 1:5. Don't know if that will be happy in your mic.

I assume this would need around 1:8 to 1:10, lets see.
Then there is the usual Cinemag 2480 ( ? )

You might get less choices (i.e one...) then, but it should work. With the 3 impedances it can be 1:3, 1:5 or 1:9.

Actually probably still not totally ideal (depending on your pre's), as at 1:9 you'd get 60 Ohms output.

Remember, it would be reversed in your mic. Still only get 60 Ohms though, but you never now, might sound great....
