multicore distance advice

Hey you guys!

Help me if you can?! My new live room is some 30 feet from the control room and I have to run the multicore in the ground. Does anyone know of possible problems/ best way to do it?

Also I'd like to have a web cam in there so I can see whats going on without the need for another TV screen. I'm presuming I can have the web cam on my computer whilst recording. How can I get one to run this far away?

Lastly does anyone in the UK know the cheapest place to get hold of multicore/ tieline boxes and acoustic tiles etc?!!

Thanks again
