| Audio Interfaces for Vista 64 So after reading just about every review I could find in English I've narrowed it down to these interfaces that will work with Vista 64-bit. Any thoughts??? (and don't tell me to DOWNgrade to XP!!!) RME Fireface 400 (Would like to stay under $1000, but this and the Multiface II seem worth the extra cash) RME Multiface II with PCIe card (Wouldn't have any more room for the UAD-1e card I wanted!) Echo Audiofire 8 Focusrite Pro 10 (Focusrite has good Preamps, but how are the interfaces? And these interfaces are inexpensive so are they using the good Pres in these???) Focusrite Pro 26 (don't really need the ADAT, but at $200 more than the Pro 10 might be worth it?) Motu Traveler Motu 828mk3 I don't do too much mic or instrument recording so I don't need that many mic inputs and I already have an Edirol M-16DX (which is a great little digital mixer/daw control but it only has 2 outs) that I can always connect via S/PDIF if I have to. Mostly want to have extra outs for some hardware effects units. So.. which one would you buy? |
