| Gear nut | Mbox 1 and S/PDIF I would like to get some advice how to use my Lexicon MPX1 with Mbox 1 through S/PDIF. There's no i/o option for S/PDIF just only analog 1/2. Is it possible to use it via S/PDIF or only via Analog? Thanks for help! |

| IIRC the MBox dig out mirrors the analogue outs. So if you want to use the S/PDIF, just set your output to analogue and hook up the dig lead too. |

| The MPX1 has S/PDIF I/O as well - connect an S/PDIF cable to the MBox and MPX1 and select S/PDIF in your I/O in Pro Tools. You should be right to go.. |

| mbox only has 2 in and out. If you try to use this for an outboard reverb how are you going to hear your track?! Spdif is instead of, not as well as, the analogue io. |
