Ear training/relative pitch software?

Hey there, this is my first post on gearslutz. I am currently a student at an audio college, and I want to improve my pitch/interval/note recognition as much as possible. Right now, I can listen to most pop/rock songs and identify the chords and key almost instantly, but I have trouble identifying single pitches (as opposed to full chords). Can anyone recommend some techniques or software programs that will help develop my pitch recognition? I am fairly tone deaf when it comes to singing myself unfortunately, but I hope that is not a major issue.

have a look on the sibelius website... they do a lot of cheapish interactive programmes, including an ear-training one I think

auralia, that's it

that should do the trick!

Buy or rent a violin and practice for an hour every day. I promise that will do more to improve your sense of fine pitch more than any software.
