We were just doing some dry run tests on the shipping process. I noticed that some of your shipping info is incomplete. Please log in to your user console, check and update (if needed) your shipping info. Everything is automated and the gear will be shipped to whatever destination you entered. This over rides any E-mail corrections you might have sent me. When the gear arrives, I don't want any surprises when we start shipping.

Chance,

I've been having a problem trying to log in. Every time I put in my correct e-mail and password, it won't let me in. Over and over. Then if I click "forgot password" THEN it will let me in with the exact same e-mail/password I'd been typing all along (don't even have to check the e-mail). Am I the only person experiencing this? It's been happening for several weeks at least.

Hey Chris
This is the first I've heard of that. If there are more, I'll check into it.

I have no trouble getting in. All my info auto loads into the windows though, not sure if that makes a difference for you or not.

Hmm. I wonder if it is a browser issue. I'll check it out. A lot of people are picking up their gear from here. If you are, just put "pick up" in the shipping window.

i noticed that you can't hit "return" after entering your login/password, you actually have to click the button. maybe this is what you experienced?

just an idea

btw - I leave for a month on Oct. 2nd and where will I be going??? South East Asia!

I guess I'll have to wait till November to enjoy this stuff...

I just tried in Fireforx and it worked fine. I went back and tried in IE and still had the same problem. I've hit the 'login' button instead of hitting return, and I've also tried holding down ctrl and alt and every other combination of security over-riding keys.

If it makes you feel any better, orders closed back in May. You might follow along though, I expect that there will be some surplus units that Chance or others may want to sell.

Ooops, just noticed others replied as well. Didn't mean to pile on.

The state field seems to be only populated with US states (makes sense). So I put 'Toronto, Ontario' under city and then put in the Canada country code in the country field.

Not sure if this is the best way to do it, but it seems fairly logical to me.

Well,, the boats will be arriving next week. The containers will be in quarantine/customs inspection for a week then will be shipped to me. All those who will be picking up their gear from me here in Ontario (Cal.), send me an E-mail with "pick up" in the subject header, so I can remove those invoices from the shipping process.

Hard to say. Depends on if Chance retains an appetite for this after this GB concludes and everyone gets to play with their new toys. If he does and it follows past form, next spring. Maybe.

Unfortunately, this is not a regularly scheduled broadcast.
