Question ProTools 7.4 what do you think?

I just wanted to post a blog about the new version of ProTools and see what everyone thinks of it so far. As well as seeing how it works with different versions of Vista. Digidesigns web site recommends running protools with Vista ultimate and business only, however, I took a chance and istalled it with Vista Home basic with no issues as of now. (knock on wood) Personally, I love 7.4. The elastic time makes editing a breeze. Open thread, so speak your mind about the new Hotness from Digidesign.

Love it. Buffer size '32' is the big thing for me as I'm now able to recording without 'Low Latency Mode' on, nobody complained so far.

'Elastic time' is great as well.

Obvioudsly there are still things missing (in LE): Delay Compensation and why isn't it possible to only put certain tracks in 'Narrow Mix View' and leave others in regular size, that would be very convenient.

Maybe its just my imagination, but it definitely seems snappier and seems to run better overall than PT 7.3 on my aging iBook G4. Elastic time is really cool as well!

Cheers!
