Can anyone identify this symbol?

what is this symbol from? i've seen it before. can anyone give me a lead? i'm thinking of buying a console with a number of the channel strips in them. what kind are they?

thanks! i came across this "live" harrison console with 18 of these channel strips. sorry the res. is so poor. i'm thinking of buying them. does anyone think they're worth buying, given of course that they work. any additional information would be great. thanks so much.
