any one ever seen a ribbon that works off using electromagnets?

seems like it would be a cool mic being that you could adjust

the strength of the magnet and what not?

the question would be ? would it creat noise.

I have a couple other things that Im working on that should change live sound. but need help with.

north charged Iron

I want to use Iron that is from some where close to the south pole
giving a natural positive charge

on a compass its the south side of the magnet that points north.

I would use the Iron from my side of the equator for the south
poll of my electro magnet.

I want the Iron from beach sand. any body wanna send some sand my way or maybe even sift some sand with a magnet?

I will kick ya couple bucks for your troubles.maybe I got something you need. thanks
