Sony ECM-979 stereo mic wiring

Hi all.
I just found an old Sony ECM-979 mic whilst clearing out and does anyone know how to wire the 5 pin XLR?
Cheers
David

Post Possible Sony ECM-979 Cable?

Hi David!
I just bought a Sony ECM-979 without cable myself.

It looks like a Y-Cable 5-Pin Stereo XLR Female to Dual XLR Male

Maybe this one would work:
Sony | 5-Pin XLR Female to 2 3-Pin XLR Male XLR | CCXA53//A
Or this one:
B&H Kit Info

Another:
Sennheiser | ACS5 5-pin XLR Y Cable | ACS5 | B&H Photo Video

I guess the Sony Y cable (Sony CCXA53) would likely use the same wiring.
If you find the wiring info please post do it.
I will have a new cable made for me as the shipping for the cables I have found will cost too much to go to Sweden, Europe.

cheers
Mats

Smile Here you go, the SONY ECM-979 5-pin wiring info

Here it is, two alternatives:

SONY ECM 5-pin XLR Pin config confirmation and cable recommendations:
The newly discovered pinouts of the 957's 5-pin XLR connector on Flickr - Photo Sharing!

5-pin XLR config for Sony ECM mics.
Page Title i.e. Peter Gray - Director of Photography

Both pin configurations are identical and I believe also credible.

best regards
Mats
