Need help with vocal mix.

Hello to all you,

I am reading here for a long time, now I am registered

So, I have a problem with a vocal mixing and I hope you can help me.

First of all, I have a problem with the sssss's. In my ears they are very
unpleasantly. I have tried several tricks. I used different deesser, I tried eq'ing, I tried volume automation and I tried to copy the sss's and phase invert trick. But none of them worked well. Maybe I used all tricks wrong, but maybe you have some other ideas that could work.

Second, the vocals have different volume possesses. I can't work with volume automation because it won't work. It is a very hard and specific rap style. I have to make the vocals come direct in your face but without loosing the different volume possesses. Maybe you have ideas how to use the compressor, or maybe to compressors, one behind the other. I thought that maybe a limiter should work. What do u say?

Definitly I can say, the vocal recordings are a little bit unhappy but I wasn't locally there aand there's no chance to record again. I have to work with what I have!
