Lightbulb Flexi Records?

Hello, fellow slutz.

So, as far as I know, the US no longer has any producers of Flexi records. I know they're low quality, but from what I understand, they were CHEAP to make, and I think they're more appealing to the clients I would be trying to reach (from a fiscal/cultural perspective). Anyone know of any producers anywhere in the world that still offer these?

Also, I saw an article here: Street Use: Jazz on Bones: X-Ray Sound Recordings
on copying records to x-ray plates. I don't know what the legal ramifications of doing such things are, but if flexis are no longer available, I would like some way to produce them myself, if not just for the novelty of it all. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks a ton.

"Eva-Tone developed and patented the process for making flexi disc records. ALL flexidisc record were made by Eva-Tone or one of their licencees (such as Lyntone in the U.K.). Due to low demand, Eva-Tone stopped making flexidiscs several years ago. However, Erika Records in Southern California has obtained the rights to manufacturer this format now."
