Help me spend £1000 / $2000 - Mic's & DI & Compressor

Current gear:

RME FF800 - happy with pre's and AD DA
SE 2200 - seems okay, nothing to compare to!
C1000 - not good!

ITB - LogicPro + Sonalksis EQ's and Comps + PSP Vintage Warmer + Guitar Rig (software edition)

Mostly recording acoustic guitar and DI electric guitar and bass + my vocal or female vocal - drums I do with a Roland TD 6 and BFD.

I need to track acoustic guitar and vocal at the same time and I want to be able to compress the acoustic guitar (at least) on the way in, preferably vocals too.

I get better results with a Behringer Ultra DI into the FF's pre than from the built in DI - but would like to get the most out of Guitar Rig - my amp is too loud to mic and not that great anyway!

So I'm looking for:

1) Pair of mic's for acoustic guitar (MCE 530? MK 012? Rode NT55's? . . . )

2) Better vocal mic? Or better pre than FF800's + compression using current SE2200?

3) Stereo compressor for ac. guitar and/or single channel for vocal

A problem is whether to get a stereo compressor and somehow get it to work with the FF800 - using the pre's I have (FMR RNC, dbx or TC Electronics C300 or Joe Meek MC2), or to go for a channel strip with a digital out (Joe Meek twinQ for eg) . . . but then I'm kinda doubling up on the EQ plug ins I've already spent money on and am happy with. In other words - I want front end compression for tracking, but EQ I'm happy to apply ITB if needed.

Some units have well reviewed DI's as well as offering okay pre's and compression - but I'm wondering how much I'm just duplicating the FF's pre's which then go unused...

Sorry if that's hopelessly confused - that would be cos I am!!

Anybody help me get things untangled and priorities straight?
