| Art mpa gold or spl goldmike 9844, which is better tube preamp Art mpa gold or spl goldmike9844 which is better tubepreamp for recording guitars (dist,clean,acoustic), vocals , bass and pianos. i have very small "studio" in apartment block :) my recording gear: digi001 protools6,4 shure 57, shureb58, audix i-5, rode ntk (mics) behringer truthb2031a (monitors) vetta hd and 4x12 line6 cabinet, peavey 6505combo (amplifier) is art mpa gold better than goldmike if i change Tung sol 12ax7 tubes sorry my lousy english..  |

| The Goldmike MK2 is a very good Pre, transparent with his own character !! I have one and i love it (with Jan Philips NOS), it's sound great on acoustic records... Good Music Fab |
