ART MPA and VLA pre amp

If I am correct, one is a tube and one is a compressor. Am I correct?

The MPA is a dual tube pre.

The VLA is a dual tube compressor.

The ART Pro Channel is a channel strip with Pre, EQ, and Comp in one.

For what it is worth, I like them all. Great bang for the buck. Nice and cheap used too.
