Need some help with hooking up my PA
I have a Yamaha 1604 MC series Mixing Console and want to know if I have to use a power amp if I am using powered speeker? If i don't need the poere amp then where do I plug in my speekers on the back of the consol

With powered speakers there is no need for a power amp. Go right from the balanced main left right outputs on the board straight into the input of the powered speaker. Try to use xlr or balanced 1/4inch cables.
