1/4" jack for 12 gauge wire???

I want to try keeping my amp heads in the control room with me so I’m going to run some 12 gauge speaker wire to the cabinets in the tracking room (approx 30 foot run).

How the heck am I going to get a 1/4" jack on each end of these rather large wires??? Are there special “large barrel” jacks I can order? If so, does anybody have any part numbers they can supply me with? I’m way up in northern Ontario so I’ll have to order them in via my local “non-musical” electronics store. (or maybe there are some southern-Ontario Slutz I can order them from?)

Neutrik NP2C-SP is the one you want

Same as Neutrik NP2C guitar 1/4" but with a larger sleeve. With a 12 gauge wire it's still pretty tight, but it can be done.

if you ask your parts place for jumbo barrel they should know what you want... and DONT splice...

they're not really that hard to find. you can go to most any music store (at least in the states) and buy ready made cable like that and i'm sure you can order them from anywhere online.
